General Description
BF1102 is a two-channel low-saturation bi-directional motor driver IC. The design
is optimal for 2-dc motor or stepper-motor applications. And the part is especially
applied for auto-focus in camera phones and other portable module devices.
It is available to control a bipolar stepper motor in full-step or half-step mode, or to
control a dc motor in forward, reverse, or standby mode, with four inputs. And stronger
driving current can be realized with parallel connection of the full-bridge outputs.
