CS810 low-power microprocessor power monitoring reset circuit
Features
• CS810 series circuits are microprocessor reset circuits used to monitor power supply voltage or battery voltage. This series of circuits does not require peripheral devices, thereby improving system reliability and reducing system costs.
• This series of circuits outputs a valid reset signal when the monitored power supply voltage is lower than the preset reset threshold: when the power supply voltage rises above the reset threshold, the reset signal will remain valid for at least 140 milliseconds. The CS810 provides a CMOS reset output. The reset output of the C5810 is high-active. The design ensures that short-term power supply drops will not affect the reset output. Reliable output is guaranteed over the entire temperature range when the power supply voltage is as low as 1.15V.
Parameters
• Accurate reset threshold: ±25%
• Reset threshold from 2.1V to 5.0V, two reset outputs are provided in every 0.1V step
• CMOS output (CS810)
• Minimum reset pulse width of 140ms
• Low operating current: 8uA typical at 3.3V
• Reset signal remains reliable even when the supply voltage is as low as 1.15V
• Filtering of short-term power dips
• Operating temperature range: - 40℃ to +85℃
• Available in SOT23 package
Application
Computers, microcontrollers, smart meters, portable or battery-powered devices
