Recently, it was discovered that LPC1100 has a new member, which is claimed to be the world's smallest 32 ARM.

World's smallest 32-bit ARM microcontroller
Only 5mm2 area (2.17mm×2.32mm)
0.5mm pin pitch
Very low power consumption (130μA/MHz in normal operation)
16-bit Thumb instructions
Higher code density - 40%-50% smaller than traditional 8/16-bit microcontrollers
Excellent performance - with more than 45DMIPS, instruction processing speed

Hardware Resources

On-chip 32KB Flash, 8KB RAM
11 I/O pins can be set as GPIO
One 5-channel 10-bit ADC
One RS-485/EIA-485 UART
One SPI (supports SSP)
Two 32-bit timers
Two 16-bit timers
One 24-bit system timer
Serial SWD debugging, support 4 breakpoints and 2 watchpoints

It is indeed very small. I don't understand how to interpret "extremely low power consumption (130μA/MHz in normal operation)"?
