The ATR2037 ultra-wideband LNA covers 0.7-6GHz and is compatible with multi-standard communication base stations. [Copy link]

Addressing the multi-standard communication needs from GSM and LTE to 5G, the ATR2037 provides a one-stop RF front-end solution. As an ultra-wideband low-noise amplifier, it operates across 0.7GHz to 6GHz, perfectly covering L-band, S-band, and cellular communication bands. Whether in TDD or FDD systems, this chip delivers consistent high gain, high stability, and low noise characteristics thanks to its GaAs pHEMT process.
The ATR2037 is packaged in a 2×2mm DFN package and incorporates active bias technology to ensure performance stability over a wide voltage (3V-5V) and temperature range. Engineers can adjust the input voltage to set the operating current between 30mA and 100mA to optimize performance across different frequency bands. Power is input via the RFOUT/VDD composite pin and requires a DC blocking capacitor in the design. The device also integrates enable control for convenient power management. It is ideal for general-purpose wireless devices such as macro base stations, micro base stations, RRHs, and cellular repeaters.
