How do I know what architecture my PC CPU is? Do I need to ask the manufacturer, or is there a standard?

First you need to check which manufacturer and model your PC's CPU is from, then go to the manufacturer's website to search for information about this model of CPU, and finally look at the information.

I often visit Intel's website, but I don't see any information about the CPU that mentions what architecture the CPU chip is based on.
