Why is there no design-update PCB decument in my AD16? Also, why is my Tool-Update from library always incomplete, missing many components' PCB footprints?

Schematic diagrams and PCB diagrams, library files should be loaded into the project name, just like a technical department, production department, and finance department are all under the name of a certain company.
