This paper introduces a new color image reading sensor chip based on CMOS technology and its internal working mechanism. When reading color image information, this chip can improve the problem of poor color reproducibility caused by the different reading fields of R, G, and B colors, and has the characteristics of fast reading speed. It can read black and white image information, and the reading density of black and white image information is twice that of color image information, and the reading speed of black and white image information is twice that of ordinary chips that read black and white image information.
