The switch time response parameters of TLP3547 were mainly tested: The circuit is as follows: According to the manual, RL=200 ohms are set, control input: 100Hz, 6Vpp square wave, output VDD voltage: 4VDC. The actual measured Ton=320uS, switch delay 1mS, Toff=4.2uS, mainly because I set R to 0 ohms. The relay actually performed well, and the following is a test screenshot (blue control signal):
