Microwave oven circuit The control circuit of a microwave oven is shown in Figure 1-1. It is composed of control circuit, high voltage power supply and microwave output circuit.
When the oven door is closed, the door control switch S3 is turned on and S2 is turned off, and the microwave oven is in a ready state; when the timer s5 is adjusted,
its contacts are closed, the furnace light HL is on, and then the power switch Sl is pressed. The microwave is put to work. The 220V power supply is added to both ends of the high-voltage transformer, and
two sets of power supplies are output after induction: one group outputs 3.3V for heating the magnetron filament. The other group outputs 2100V and is rectified by a half-wave voltage doubler through the high-voltage capacitor and high-voltage silicon stack
to obtain A 4000V DC pulse voltage is applied to the anode of the magnetron MT, causing the magnetron to resonate and output microwaves with an operating frequency of 2450MH
. The temperature control switches S4 and FU are protective components. When
the temperature rise of the magnetron exceeds the rated value, S4 automatically acts to
cut off the power supply and protect the magnetron. If a short-circuit fault occurs in the circuit
, FU will automatically fuse and cut off the power supply of the whole machine.
In Figure 1, Sl is the power switch, s2 and S3 are
door control switches, S4 is the magnetron temperature control switch, s5 is
the timer switch, S6 is the power regulator switch, Ml
is the timing motor, MZ is the turntable motor, M3
is the fan motor, M4 is the power regulating motor,
T is the high-voltage transformer, MT is the magnetron , C is the high-
voltage capacitor, VD is the high-voltage silicon stack, and FU is the fuse.
