Q1____2N3906 40V 200mA PNP Transistor;
Q2____2N3904 40V 200mA NPN Transistor;
SW1_____SPST Switch;
B1________3V (Two 1.5V AA or AAA batteries in series, etc.)

Note:

- The flickering frequency can be adjusted by changing the value of R1 within the range of 1MΩ - 4MΩ.
- This circuit is very efficient when driving a small 3.2V incandescent lamp. In this case, the LED and R3 are omitted, and the bulb is connected between the collector of Q2 and the positive power supply, further reducing the number of parts.
- The maximum current consumption of the bulb type used should not exceed 100mA.
- To facilitate oscillation when driving the bulb, the value of R2 should be reduced to 82R or 68R.
