Circuit working principle: This circuit consists of two 555 timer ICs. IC 1 is connected as
a monostable multivibrator. When the finger touches the contact plate,
a negative trigger pulse is added to the input terminal of pin 2 of IC 1 , and its pin 3 outputs a monostable positive pulse
. The duration of the positive pulse is t=1.1R2·C1.
