Toshiba launches small dual MOSFETs for relay drivers

Electronic Components & Storage Co., Ltd. today announced the launch of a new "SSM6N357R" product designed with a built-in diode between the drain and gate terminals. This device is suitable for driving inductive loads such as mechanical relays. Bulk shipping starts today.
The SSM6N357R integrates pull-down resistors, series resistors, and Zener diodes to help reduce parts count and save board space. In addition, because the product is a two-in-one package, the mounting area is reduced by 42% compared to the alternative of using two SSM3K357R (2.4 x 2.9 x 0.8 mm) single package products.
The SSM6N357R is packaged in an industry-standard TSOP6F grade package, has a low operating voltage of 3.0V, and is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive and many other applications.
