The trip point is set halfway between the R1 and R2 supplies; R3 provides over 200mV of hold-up for enhanced noise immunity. The maximum frequency of operation is approximately 300kHz. If TTL level feedback is required, change R2 to 39K. The trigger point is centered at 1.4V.
