MM1126～MM1129 step-up DC-DC converter

The MM1126/1127/1128/1129 series are new step-up DC-DC converters. They are characterized by high conversion efficiency, strong load capacity, and low power consumption. The input voltage is 0.8~1.5V, and the output voltage is based on the suffix. A~D and G are available in 2.2V, 3.0V, 3.2V, 3.5V and 5.0V. During normal operation, only one AA battery is needed for power supply, and it can be widely used in various micro electronic equipment and portable instruments. Its typical application circuit is shown in the figure.
