The operation control circuit mainly consists of push button switch SB21. It is composed of contactor KM1.
The main contact of contactor KM1 directly controls the operation of main motor Ml. The main motor M1 serves as the prime mover of the slip motor and can
drive the main motor through the slip clutch.
The control principle is that when SB21 is pressed, contactor KM1 is powered and self-locked, causing the main motor M1 to start and the operation indicator light
HLZ to light up. At the same time, the KM normally open contact is closed and the power supply of the slip clutch speed negative feedback closed-loop control system EA2 is turned on to perform speed control.
The AC contactor KM1 contact will produce the following effects.
    1) KM1 is normally open and closed, so that the speed control device is powered on. Since KA3 (fixed speed) is in the released state, the speed control system makes the main engine
run at a low speed before the fixed speed.
    2) KM1 is normally open and closed, connecting one part of the KA3 circuit to prepare for starting the constant speed.
    3) KM1 normally opens and closes to connect the printing control circuit to the power supply to prepare for printing control.
    4) K.M. The normally closed contact is disconnected, cutting off the control power of M2 (low-speed motor), and realizing electrical interlocking with the slow train.
When button SB21 is pressed, the mechanical interlock normally closed switch of SB21 is disconnected and the relay KA3 coil circuit is cut off, which can realize
the switch of the machine from fixed speed to low speed operation.
    (2) Idle control circuit Idle is driven by low-speed motor M2. The machine operates in idle mode to facilitate
printing preparations such as plate mounting and calibration, roller scrubbing, roller trial rotation, and printing pressure adjustment
. The idle mode control circuit is divided into two types: jog and long mode. The jog in slow mode is This is achieved by operating buttons SB13~SB16 and SB17-SB20
. SB13~SB16 control forward inching, and SB17~SB20 control reverse inching (reverse). Release the above button switch, KM2 or
KM3 will lose power, and M2 will stop running. The long train in the local train is realized by operating the push button switch SB11. When the SB11 relay KA2 is pressed,
it is energized and self-locking, and the AC contactor KM2 is energized and closed, so M2 runs at a speed of 3.5r/min. In addition, KA2 is normally open and closed and the
closing pressure control power is connected, which is ready for low-speed test printing. Prepare. At the same time, KM2 is normally open and closed, turning on the electromagnetic clutch YA1 coil circuit to
connect M2 with the main motor drive shaft. The normally closed contacts of KM1, KIVt2, and KM3 all function as electrical interlocks to ensure that the low-speed motor M2 and the main motor
Ml cannot operate at the same time.
