When the mains voltage is normal, relay KA is closed and the load power is turned on . When the mains
voltage is undervoltage (set by adjusting potentiometer RPz), KA is released and the load power is cut off. When the mains voltage is over -voltage (adjust
RPi setting), KA is released and the load power is cut off . At the same time, the alarm can be realized through the KA contact.
