General Description
BD82000FVJ and BD82001FVJ are low ON-Resistance
high-side power switches using N-Channel MOSFETs
for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. These ICs
have built-in over-current protection, thermal shutdown,
under-voltage lockout and soft-start functions.
