How the Systems Work:
Insulated wire is pulled past a sharp cutter adjacent to the wrap
point where a narrow slit is cut in the wire longitudinally. As the wire is
pulled along the wrap post, it is caused to twist along the path from the
cuter to the post. Further opening the slit and exposing the bared
conductor to the post corner, indenting both it and the post to produce
gas tight joints at each corner.
Figure above shows wire which has been unwrapped after going
through this action. Note the narrow channel where the insulation has
been pushed aside to bare the conductor against the post corner and to
indent both. No insulation is removed but is spread out to fit in the
space between the coils.

Uses 200' spool of silver plated Tefzel wire on tension regulator. Supplied with 1 200'
spool of Tefzel wire, and accessories.

Uses 50' spools of Tefzel 28 ga. wire. Tension regulator spring reduces wire breakage.
