DC Brush Motor Drivers (18V Max)
BD622xxx Series
General Description
These H-bridge drivers are full bridge drivers for brush
motor applications. Each IC can operate at a power
supply voltage range of 6V to 15V, with output currents of
up to 2A. MOS transistors in the output stage allow PWM
speed control. The integrated VREF voltage control
function allows direct replacement of discontinued motor
driver ICs. These highly efficient H-bridge driver ICs
facilitate low-power consumption design.

Caution:
Operating the IC over the absolute maximum ratings may damage the IC. The damage can either be a short circuit between pins or an open circuit
between pins and the internal circuitry. Therefore, it is important to consider circuit protection measures, such as adding a fuse, in case the IC is operated over
