Lens Cap?
What is the shape and size of the lens cap to be illuminated by the led lamp? Is it translucent
(frosted) or clear? Is the lens fluted or is it plain? Give detailed information on this. What is
the lens color? Is there a cover or a hood over the cap to block direct sunlight or bright
ambient light (e.g. Traffic Lights with hood)
How thick is the lens?

Gap?
What's the overall height of the incandescent lamp? How much gap exists between the
incandescent lamp and the bottom of the lens? The led needs to be placed relatively close
to the cap.

Lamp Orientation?
Many times the incandescent lamps are at an angle to the lens, however
the led lamp must be pointing directly towards the area (lens) to be
illuminated. This may require the led lamp to be mounted at an angle to
the electrical base.

Led Color?
Color of the led lamp must be the same as that of the lens cap. In cases where the lens is
either milky white or water clear, any color can be chosen. Wherever possible "Ultra-Red" or
"Ultra Yellow" is recommended if price is not a major issue.
