Powerblocs
About the product
Powerblocs feature improved heat conduction due to their
almost pure aluminum alloy (Al 99.5; 210-236 W/mK) and
high material density from forging. Heat evenly dissipates in
the base and the pin material for free or forced convection.
Upon request we can provide a detailed thermal report on
all our standard shapes.
In addition to our
standard shapes
we offer
customized shapes
(e.g. base height, number of pins)
as well as
CNC-machining.
All powerblocs can be delivered with surfaces : AL = Aluminum Blank, CR = Chromate = NE natural
anodized or SE = black anodized and supplied with thermally conductive, both sides adhesive, foil.
On request we pre-assemble the foil for you.
