PDU620CT, a 6.0A Glass Passivated Dual Ultra-Fast Recovery
®
Rectifier in our thermally efficient PowerDI 5 package, offers ultra-fast
recovery time for high efficiency, high forward surge current for use in
high frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection
applications.
