DESCRIPTION:
This document describes ValueRAM's 32M x 72-bit (256MB), CAS Latency 3 (CL3)
SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 133MHz ECC memory module. The components on this
module include nine 32M x 8-bit (8M x 8-bit x 4 Bank / PC133 components) SDRAM in
TSOP packages. This 168-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V. The
electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
