Applications
EMI protection for:
Line cards in switching exchange systems
Terminal devices such as telephones, fax, modems
xDSL, PBX, DECT lines
Design
Cylindrical varistor element, encapsulated.
Encapsulation: thermoplastic, flame-retardant to UL 94 V-0.
Termination: tinned copper alloy, suitable for lead-free wave and reflow soldering, and
compatible with tin/lead solder.
V/I characteristics and derating curves
V/I and derating curves are attached to the data sheet. The curves are sorted by V
