Description
M/A-COM’s MAAP-007899 RF power amplifier is a
three stage GaAs MMIC designed specifically for
5.7-5.9 GHz WiMax 802.16 and 802.11a
applications.
The power amplifier maintains high linearity under
OFDM modulation. The MAAP-007899 is fabricated
using a high reliability GaAs HBT process to realize
low current and high power functionality. The
process features full passivation for increased
performance and reliability.
