3M™ Cleanroom Very High-Tack Tape 1254 is a polyester film tape with very
high adhesion to most surfaces. This product is ideal for cleanroom construction
and maintenance applications.

Outgassing = Dynamic headspace analysis of volatile components collected during a 4 hour @ 80°C
heat cycle using a Hewlett-Packard Model 5890 Series II gas chromatograph coupled with a Hewlett-
Packard Model 5989B mass spectrometer.

General Information
• Product is converted, cleaned, and packaged in cleanroom.
• Rolls are wound onto plastic cores and bagged with Class 100 clean film.
• Application temperature: 16° to 40°F (-9° to 4°C).
Application Ideas
• Joining, sealing, repairing, holding, and reinforcing a variety of difficult-to-hold
materials, such as flexible polyethylene cleanroom partition.
• Repair of air vent leaks.
• General cleanroom construction and maintenance.
