BD6516F, BD6517F, BD2042AFJ and BD2052AFJ
are dual channel high side switch ICs with an over
current protection for Universal Serial Bus (USB)
power supply line. The IC’s switch unit has two
channels of N-Channel power MOSFET. Over
current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit,
under voltage lockout and soft start circuit are built
in.
