General Description
The BD9122GUL is ROHM’s high efficiency step-down
switching regulator designed to produce a voltage as
low as 1V from a supply voltage of 3.3V or 5V. It offers
high efficiency by using pulse skip control technology
and synchronous switches, and provides faster
transient response to sudden load changes by
implementing current mode control.
