Als Antwort auf entsprechende
Anforderungen des Marktes bietet
AMP nun auch DIP- und SIP-
Stecksockel mit gedrehten Kon-
takten an.
Die DIP-Stecksockel mit gedreh-
ten Kontakten gibt es sowohl mit
offenem als auch mit geschlosse-
nem Gehäuse. Diese Gehäuse be-
stehen aus glasfaser-verstärktem
Polyester der Entflammbarkeits-
Einstufung UL 94 V-0 (selbstver-
löschend). Die Innenkontakte be-
sitzen 4 Kontaktfinger und erlau-
ben niedrige Steckkräfte. Sie sind
aus Beryllium-Kupfer hergestellt
und mit verschiedenen Vergoldun-
gen auf Anfrage lieferbar.
Entsprechende Stecksockel mit
Kontakten für besonders niedrige
Steckkräfte sind auf Anfrage lie-
ferbar.
Die äußere Hülse ist aus Messing
präzisionsgedreht und auf der Un-
terseite als Lötstift ausgebildet. Es
können auch Ausführungen mit
Wickelpfosten geliefert werden.
Ebenso sind auf Anfrage bei den
Hülsen als Oberfläche statt Zinn/
Blei auch Reinzinn oder Vergol-
dung möglich.
To facilitate the increased market
demand, AMP can now offer a
range of low profile DIP and SIP
sockets with precision swiss screw-
machined contacts.
The DIP sockets include both open
and closed frame housings to in-
crease the versatility of the range,
and are moulded in glass-filled
polyester, self-extinguishing rated
UL 94 V-0. The inner contacts are
4 finger, low insertion force, manu-
factured from heat, treated beryl-
lium copper QQ-C-533, and gold
plated over nickel and copper to
optional thickness.
Inner contacts with extra low inser-
tion force are an available option
for the DIP sockets.
The outer sleeve is precision screw-
machined brass, including solder
tail and wire wrap options and
can be plated in gold or tin, and
tin-lead.

Oberflächen und Bestell-Nummern
DIP- und SIP-Stecksockel mit gedrehten Kontakten gibt es mit Lötstiften
und Wickelstiften. Innenkontakt und Außenhülse können mit diversen
Oberflächen geliefert werden. Die Strichzahl gibt Art und Dicke der Ver-
goldung des Innenkontaktes an.
Weitere Oberflächen sind auf Anfrage lieferbar.

Platings and Part Numbers
DIP and SIP sockest are available with solder pins or wire wrap pins,
each with a range of platings both on the contact and on the outer
sleeve. The suffix number defines the plating quality and thickness on
the contact cup.
