BU97933CH-3BW is a 128×33 dot matrix liquid crystal control driver that incorporates capacitance of step-up circuit.

Back LCD for mobile phones, LCD for FAX, and printer etc.

2) Low current consumption driving.
3) Interface can be selected from 8bit parallel
(80series / 68series) and 4-wire serial.
