Static Dissipative Work Surface Material
Spec-Mat is a two-layer, synthetic, ESD-safe rubber material
made for bench tops. The static dissipative top layer is lami-
nated to a conductive bottom layer, yielding a typical resist-
ance to ground measurement of 10

ohms.
This cross-linked rubber material is resistant to solder, heat,
and most common solvents. It is suitable to use in static sen-
sitive production areas in electronics manufacturing and lab-
oratories. Easy to maintain with 6001 Mat and Table Top
Cleaner.
Spec-Mat complies with industry standards including EN
61340-5-1: Protection of Electronic Devices from Electro-
static Phenomena and ANSI ESD S20.20: Protection of Elec-
trical and Electronic Parts, Assemblies and Equipment.

Spec-Mats
are available in two colors with
varying sizes. Each mat includes two 10mm
female ground snaps. Ground cords sold
separately.
The maximum roll size of the 2mm thick Spec-Mat is 1.22
meters wide by 10 meters long. Available in both light blue
and light gray, all matting can be cut and studded to suit cus-
tomer requirements.
