概述
AD7610是一款16½电荷再分配逐次逼近型(SAR)架构模数
½换器(ADC),采用ADI公司的
i
CMOS高电压工艺制造。
该器件的输入范围和工½模式可通过硬件或专用只写串行
配½端口来配½。AD7610内½一个16½高速采样ADC、
一个内部½换时钟、一个内部基准电压源(和缓冲)、纠错
电路,以及串行和并行系统接口端口。在CNVST的下降沿,
它对IN+和IN−之间的模拟输入电压差进行采样。AD7610
具有四种不同的模拟输入范围:0
V至5 V、0 V至10 V、±5 V和
±10 V。功耗与吞吐量呈线性比例关系。该器件提供无铅
48引脚薄型四方扁平封装(LQFP)和引脚架构芯片级封装
(LFCSP_VQ)两种½式。工½温度范围为−40°C至+85°C。
