产品特色
1. AD9649采用1.8 V单模拟电源供电,而数字输出驱动器采用
独立的电源供电,以适应1.8
V至3.3 V系列的逻辑电平。
2.
取得专利的采样保持电路在最高200
MHz的输入频率下仍
保持出色的性½,而且成本½、功耗½、易于½用。
3.
标准串行端口接口(SPI)支持各种产品特性和功½,例
如:数据输出格式化、内部时钟分频器、省电模式、
DCO和数据输出(D13至D0)时序和偏移调整、以及基准
电压源模式等。
4. AD9649采用32引脚LFCSP封装,符合RoHS标准,与12
½ADC
AD9629和10½ADC AD9609引脚兼容,因此采
样速率为20
