The following UltraScale devices are introduced in this release.

Defense-Grade Kintex UltraScale FPGAs: XQKU040, XQKU060, XQKU095, XQKU115

Power
•
Xilinx Power Estimator (XPE) for UltraScale+:
°
Support for the D2104 package with following part-package combinations:
XCVU9P-FSGD2104, XCVU11P-FSGD2104, and XCVU13P-FIGD2104.
VCCINT current check for Virtex UltraScale+ devices: Checks if VCCINT supply
current exceeds the maximum supported by the package. If maximum is exceeded,
then the current is highlighted in red to alert the user.

Xilinx Power Estimator (XPE) for UltraScale and Vivado Report Power introduce support
for new Kintex UltraScale Defense parts:
°
Military (-1M) speed grade for Kintex UltraScale Defense parts XQKU040, XQKU060,
and XQKU095.
