Modular Plugs
A complete variety of UL Recognized modular plugs are available. All plugs have 15 micro inches* of gold plating on the contacts which meet all
standard applications for voice and data. Flat satin stranded, round stranded, and round solid cables are accommodated. Keyed, MMJ, DEC types,
shielded and category 5 versions are available. Flat modular cable types accept 24-28 AWG, stranded. Round cable types accept 24-26 AWG,
stranded or solid.

EZ RJ45 Modular Plugs
The new patented
EZ-RJ45™
connector simplifies installation by allowing the pairs to be inserted through the connector. There is no difficult to
handle liner or wire bar to deal with. Inspection of the correct conductor order is done before crimping so no connector is wasted because if incorrect
wiring. The conductors are able to be pulled forward so the pairs are very close to the contacts. This method allows the integrity of the pairs to
maintain Category Five, and even enhanced Category 5 and Category 6 capabilities. (50 u in. gold)
The EZ-RJ12™ and both EZ-RJ45™ can be crimped with most any standard tool, then trimmed with a cutter or small utility knife. However, the
new BD45000 crimp tool crimps and trims the exposed conductors in one operation. The vertical action of the tool makes a uniform and positive
crimp.

Category Five Liner Plugs
Category 5 Liner Plugs are supplied with an insertable liner for the conductors. This is also known as a “Wire Bar” style. The separated conductors are
inserted into the liner, cut off squarely at bottom, inserted into the RJ45 plug, then perfectly crimped. (Use CBX300 series boots for a proper Category
5 assembly.

Wall Jacks
Plastic wall jacks are furnished with mounting hardware for easy installation. The Non-UL types are very economical and are to be used where UL is
not required. 15 micro inches of gold plate on the contacts is standard on all jacks. Rounded configuration, rear wiring terminals allow these wall plates
to fit all standard receptacle boxes.
