Statfree® O material meets the required limit from ANSI/ESD S20.20 worksurface and recommendation

from ANSI/ESD S4.1 for an ESD worksurface in an ESD Protected Area. The material provides a surface that will
not generate a charge and will control the discharge rate from all conductors (including ESD susceptible items) when
placed on the grounded mat. Statfree® O material is a .375 inch thick 3-layer heat fused composite design. The top layer is lightly embossed

dissipative hard vinyl, the middle layer is a conductive mesh to provide a path to ground and allows the mat to be used with continuous
monitors, and bottom layer is an extra thick softer dissipative vinyl for protecting products from physical shock.

Thickness ± 10%
Matting materials have a tendency to shrink slightly when first unrolled. In
applications where length is critical, allow the material to relax for at least 4
hours before cutting to size. Always trim with a sharp knife or razor blade.
