ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Note 1:
Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings
may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposure to any Absolute
Maximum Rating condition for extended periods may affect device
reliability and lifetime.
Note 2:
Supply current specification includes loads on each gate as in
Figure 1a. Actual supply currents vary with operating frequency, operating
voltages, V5 load, slew rates and type of external FET.
Note 3:
The LT1683E is guaranteed to meet performance specifications
from 0°C to 70°C. Specifications over the –40°C to 125°C operating range
are assured by design, characterization and correlation with statistical
process controls. The LT1683I is guaranteed and tested over the – 40° to
125° operating temperature range.
Note 4:
Output gate drivers will be enabled at this voltage. The GCL voltage
