Note 1:
Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings
may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposure to any Absolute
Maximum Rating condition for extended periods may affect device
reliability and lifetime.
Note 2:
The inputs are protected by two series connected ESD protection
diodes to each power supply. The input current should be limited to less than
10mA. The input voltage should not exceed 300mV beyond the power supply.
Note 3:
A heat sink may be required to keep the junction temperature below
the absolute maximum rating when the output is shorted indefinitely.
Note 4:
The LTC2066I is guaranteed to meet specified performance
from –40°C to 85°C. The LTC2066H is guaranteed to meet specified
performance from –40°C to 125°C.
Note 5:
Thermal resistance varies with the amount of PC board metal
connected to the package. The specified values are for short traces
connected to the leads.
Note 6:
These parameters are guaranteed by design. Thermocouple effects
preclude measurements of these voltage levels during automated testing.
V
OS
is measured to a limit determined by test equipment capability.
Note 7:
Minimum specifications for these parameters are limited by noise
and the capabilities of the automated test system.
