Abstract
The SCALE-2 plug-and-play driver 1SP0635x2xx-CM1200HC-66H is a compact single-channel intelligent gate
driver designed for Mitsubishi’s IGBTs CM1200HC-66H. The master driver 1SP0635x2Mx-CM1200HC-66H
features a fiber-optic interface with a built-in isolated DC/DC power supply. It can be used as stand-alone
driver or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0635D2Sx-CM1200HC-66H slaves to drive up to four parallel-
connected IGBT modules of type CM1200HC-66H.
