概述
AD8217是一款高压、高分辨率分流放大器。设定增益为20
V/V,在整个温度范围内的最大增益误差为±0.35%。缓冲
输出电压可以直接与任½典型½换器连接。AD8217提供从
4.5 V到80 V的出色共模抑制性½,并内½一个LDO,它直
接从高压½为器件供电。因此,只要输入共模范围为4.5
V
至80
V,则无需其它电源。AD8217在分流电阻上执行单向
电流测量,适合各种工业和电信应用,包括电机控制、电
池管理和基站功率放大器偏½控制等。
在-40°C至+125°C的整个温度范围内,AD8217½½提供
突破性的性½。它采用零漂移内核,在整个工½温度范
围和共模电压范围内,失调漂移典型值为±100
nV/°C。器
件设计中还特别注意,无论是否存在共模电压,在0
mV
至250
mV的整个输入差分电压范0围内保持线性输出;输

AD8217采用8引脚MSOP封装,额定温度范围为−40°C至
