高性½电流模式PWM控制器，专为高性价比AC/DC

½ 换器设计，在

85-265V

的 ½ 电压范围内提供高达

12W(ME8115B是18W)的连续输出功率，峰值输出功率

更可达18W。

优化的高合理性电路设计结合高性价比的双

极制½工艺，最大程度上节约了产品的整½成本。该电源

控制器可工½于典型的反激电路拓扑中，构成简洁的

AC/DC½换器，

IC内部启动电路被设计成一种独特的电流

吸入方式，可利用功率开关管的本身放大½用完成启动

（开关管Ic对Ib的放大），这显著地降½了启动电阻的功

率消耗，而在输出功率较小时，IC将自动降½工½频率，

从而实现了极½的待机功耗，VCC达到10V时，芯片内部

会启动过压保护，

限制输出电压上升可防止光耦或反馈电

路损坏引起的输出电压过高，

IC内部还提供了完善的防过

½½，防饱和功½，可实时防范过½½、变压器饱和、输出短

路等异常状况，提高了电源的可靠性。IC内部还集成了带

有迟滞的温度保护功½，在芯片过热时关断输出。电流限

制可由外部器件Rs设定。
