Function

The M38C29T-64FPD is a board to connect the 100-pin RFS type

emulator MCU (M38C13RLFS, M38C29RLFS, M38K09RFS

and M38K29RFS) to the foot pattern of 64-pin 0.5mm-pitch

LQFP (64P6Q-A).

Attaching Procedure

pattern on the target system.

(2) Insert the RFS type emulator MCU to the socket on the

M38C29T-64FPD.
