General Description
The HA6011/1 is a high power amplifier modul for applications in Ku-Band.
The high gain and high output power makes this device an ideal choice as a high power amplifier for
transmitters in the frequency range from 8.0GHz to 12.0GHz. It inludes a power monitor output for
transmitted power, temperature sensor, reverse polarity and output short circuit protection.
The device operates from –10°C to +40°C.
