SC / SC
• FCI’s cable assemblies are available in
several standard lengths as full assemblies
or pigtails.
• All cable assemblies are intermateable
according to the SC-NTT standard.
• FCI’s cable assemblies are factory
mounted and tested according to most
stringent quality requirements.
Fibres
- Multimode types 50/126 µm and
62.5/126 µm, graded index.
- Monomode types 9/126 µm according
CCITT - G 652
Cable
- Single fibre or duplex.
- Coloured outer jacket, Ø 2.4 or 3.0 mm.
- Traction reinforced by the use of aramide
fibres.
- Attenuations single mode cable:
0.45 dB/km at 1300 nm
0.25 dB/km at 1550 nm
- Attenuations multimode cable:
3.2 dB/km at 850 nm
1.0 dB/km at 1300 nm

Termination Tool Kits
FCI’s termination tool kit guarantees an
optimum connector termination in
combination with FCI’s polishing procedure.
The termination tool kit is built in a modular
way and is standard suitable for FCI’s SC
product family.
An extension kit is available for termination of
FCI’s ST product family.
