The polarization beam combiner and depolarizer is a compact, high-performance
micro-optic-based depolarizing component. It normally functions as a combiner
to combine two orthogonal-polarized pump beams together and then converts
it to a depolarized beam at the output port. Depending on special customer
requirements, the isolator functionality can be integrated with the depolarizer or
remain as a stand-alone depolarizer without combining functionality.
