Description
M/A-COM’s MA4TD0885 and MA4TD0886 are high per-
formance silicon bipolar MMIC Cascadable Amplifiers
housed in low cost plastic packages. The MA4TD0885
and MA4TD0886 are designed for use where a general
purpose 50Ω gain block with high gain and low noise
figure is required. Typical applications include narrow
and wide band IF and RF amplifiers in industrial and
commercial applications. The MA4TD0886 is designed
for surface mount usage and is normally supplied on
tape and reel.
The MA4TD0885 and MA4TD0886 chip is fabricated
using a 10 GHz f
T
silicon bipolar technology that fea-
tures gold metalization and IC passivation for increased
performance and reliability.

The low level of some output pins of 74LS138 is more than 1.7V. How to solve it?
As the title says, I use LS138 as a decoder. Some output pins have a normal low level of about 0.15V, but some output pins have a low level of 1.75V. Please help me, experts. Thanks!...
