term stability. New digital compensation is
accomplished using a highly reliable
application specific integrated circuit (ASIC).
Featuring a highly reliable variable capac-
itance sensor using the patented
Ashcroft

SiGlas
™
sensor. This ultra-thin
single crystal diaphragm provides inher-
ent sensor repeatability and stability.
