DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLD6263
incorporates two galvanically isolated, high voltage,
low VF silicon diodes in a space saving SOT-563
surface mount package. These diodes are designed
for fast switching applications requiring a low forward
voltage drop.
