3. A high unloaded Q resonator using M series (Er=38).
4. Available with an outer diameter from phi 4.8mm,
phi 5.06mm and phi 5.6mm.
5. Available with a frequency temperature
coefficient from 0 to 10ppm/(degree C) and
its tolerance from +-0.5, +-1.0 and
+-2.0ppm/(degree C).
6. Angle of support fixed at 30 degree and the height
at 1.0mm.
