Features
• Temperature-Compensated Stabilizing Circuits
• Monolithic linear integrated circuits with
extremely short thermal run-in time producing a
constant temperature-compensated voltage. They
are particularly suitable for stabilizing the tuning
voltage in radio and TV tuners employing voltage-
variable capacitance diodes.
